I’ve been baking a lot lately. It’s very calming and the smells of all the delicious treats just seem to make the house more cozy on these chilly nights. I found this recipe online a few nights ago and I have to say they are delicious. I also made seedless raspberry preserves from scratch. You can use store-bought but I personally enjoy using my leftover fruit and turning it into preserves.I modified the recipe for Valentine’s Day by using heart shaped cookie cutter’s. Be creative use whatever shape cookie cutters you have or whatever flavor preserves you prefer.

I also modified this recipe by using
4 cups of raspberries
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp lemon peel
